We want you to love your ritual. If something isn't right, you may request a return from My Account → Orders.

Returns must be requested within the eligible window with the reason and, where required, a photo.

Once approved and received, refunds are initiated to the original payment method.

Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
